Our LED chips undergo a precise “Binning” process to ensure exceptional performance and consistency, focusing on key factors like Correlated Color Temperature (CCT), lumen output, and forward voltage.
Our fixtures are designed for optimal heat management, extending LED lifespan to over 100,000 hours. Each fixture is rigorously tested to guarantee reliability and performance.
The heart of our LED systems is the high-quality driver, which regulates current and handles voltage fluctuations to ensure flicker-free, consistent light. Our drivers are specifically matched to each fixture and are DLC Listed for top performance.
We use premium polycarbonate (PC) and acrylic (PMMA) for optics and covers to prevent yellowing and maintain clarity. This ensures long-lasting performance and color quality.
